Order Placement and Payment: You can place your order either by whatsapp or through our website. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For larger orders, a deposit may be required.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time will result in a 50% refund. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Pick up and Delivery: You can pick up your order from our shop at the scheduled pickup time. For delivery, we will require your delivery address, and a delivery fee may be applied based on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Quality and Freshness: We take pride in the quality of our baked goods and strive to provide our customers with fresh products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please inform us immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: We understand the seriousness of food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you or anyone in your order has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Product Availability: We strive to provide our customers with a wide variety of baked goods; however, due to the nature of our business, some products may not be available at all times.
